מאז ינואר 2003 הדרכתי קבוצות אל תוך הוויב היוגי-מדיטטבי, ומדצמבר 2006 הכוונתי היא חניכה וליווי אישי ליחידים בתהליך ההתעוררות אל מהות היוגה : איחוד פנימי מחודש של הכרת השלם.
עד כה עבודתי זו מתבצעת על בסיס אחד על אחד, ואופייה יוצר 100% חקירה כנה של עצמנו בכל מישורי החיים. (לדוגמא: הפיזי- תזונה,בריאות,שינה,תירגול וכו"/ דפוסי רגש-חשיבה/ קריירה-כסף/ מיניות/ יחסים אישיים ומעבר/ מישורי הרוח ועוד) וכעת אני גם פתוח להזמנות לעבודה עם קבוצות מכל רקע ומקום.
כלי העבודה רבים ומגוונים: צום, סילוק רעלים, פורקן רגשי, נשימות, תנוחות, תנועה מודעת, הרפיה, ריכוז-מיקוד, כתיבה, תקשורת (במישורים רבים) ריפוי והעצמה עם קול ואור השמש וארבעת היסודות המוחשיים: אדמה-מים-אש-אוויר.
מבנה וזמן העבודה גם כן גמישים: שעה או כמה ימים, אדם אחד, זוגות, משפחה, צוות, שיחה במלל ו/או עיניים… ומגע (כשיש צורך)
שבועתי העיקרית: לעזור לכולנו לממש מהותנו שהיא שמחה פשוטה ונצחית. כל רגע.
מפגש פתוח איתי יתקיים בשבת ה 25/4 בין 18:00-19:00 במרכז צ'אנדרה יוגה לאחר מכן נזרום לערב שירה מקודשת עם חברי מעגל קול האור ( מומלץ בחום! )
עלות כיסוי: 20 ש"ח למפגש

I am writing this mail with the intention to re-fresh and open (for those of you who don't know) your knowledge of the Yogic services that I provide.
I have been guiding groups into the yoga-meditation vibe since January 2003
and from December 2006 it has been my guidance to initiate & accompany theawakening of individuals to the essence of yoga: Inner-Re-Union of the Whole
This has & is being done on a one to one basis, and the work consists of a 100% honest inquiry into one-self in all fields of life.
